Holidays
10 paid holidays per year.
Vacation
Two weeks of vacation accrued each year. Accruals increase at the beginning of your third year of service.
Sick Time
80 hours per year to use for personal/family illness or injury, medical or dental appointments.
Family Medical Leave
Eligible employees can receive up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-guaranteed time off for their serious health condition, a serious health condition of an immediate family member, or the birth or adoption of a child.
Insurance Benefits
Laplink pays 100% of employee premiums for medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability, and employees pay in full (100%) for any dependent premiums for medical, dental, and vision.
- Medical: Laplink provides medical insurance through Regence.
- Vision: Laplink provides vision coverage through Vision Service Plan.
- Dental: Laplink provides dental coverage through Regence.
- Short-Term Disability: Payment begins after 30 days of continuous disability and is provided throughout the 90th day of disability. Benefit is 60% of pay; paid directly by Laplink.
